Planet Ice is excited to confirm the reopening of Planet Ice Basingstoke from Monday, September 1st


In the initial phase, the venue will be available for hockey training, patch ice, and private hire. From Saturday, 26th July, the general public will be able to book sessions for Public Skating, Learn to Skate programmes, and Birthday Parties scheduled from Saturday, September 6th onwards via our online booking system at www.planet-ice.co.uk.


We’re also thrilled to announce that the Basingstoke Bison will play their first home game at the newly reopened rink on Friday, 5th September.


As part of our phased launch, the facility will initially operate under Phase One conditions, meaning some areas will remain under development. The main reception and downstairs servery, will be temporarily closed to the public, with a full refurbishment expected to be completed ahead of October Half Term.


This is an exciting milestone for the community, and we appreciate your patience and support as we complete final preparations. To help us manage this busy period, we kindly ask that customers do not call or visit the rink in person to make bookings, as staff will not be available on-site during ongoing works.
