BASINGSTOKE BISON SEASON TICKET TERMS



Season Tickets are based on 27 home games. These games will be confirmed prior to the league start. If any additional games occur, season ticket holders will be offered tickets at a reduced pro-rata price.
2022/23 Basingstoke Bison season ticket holders will be offered first refusal on their seat, provided it remains on the seat map for the 2025/26 season. The renewal and early bird deadline is Friday 11th July 2025. Existing season ticket seats will be reserved until that date, after which they will be released for general sale.



The purchase of a Season Ticket is a commitment to all 27 home games, and no refunds will be given. In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that Basingstoke Bison have the right to:
•    Offer promotions during the course of the season which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.



•    Remove any section of seating from use at any time for any reason without penalty.
•    Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
•    Move your requested season ticket seat(s) at any time.



Any replacement Season Ticket cards will be charged at a fee of £5 per card.
The resale of this Season Ticket for commercial gain without express permission from Basingstoke Bison will render the ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.


If a request is made mid-season to move your seat, the club reserves the right to refuse.


Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club.


In the event of a single seat between season ticket holders, the club reserves the right to move season tickets.


Your Season Ticket is automatically digital unless you opt to purchase a card upon application.


Any refunds will only be given after the 27-game agreement has either been met or cannot physically be completed.



Ticket Categories (based on age as of 31/08/2025):
•    Adults: 16–59 years
•    Child: 15 years and under
•    Concession: 60 and over
•    Students: Over 16 in full-time education. If you are over 18, a letter from your college or university must be provided, even if previously supplied. First-year students have until 30/09/2025 to supply original proof in writing.


SPREAD THE COST T&C’s


In order to qualify for the spread the cost option (8 months Aug-Mar), your direct debit payment must be set up with the club no later than 20th July 2025. A Direct debit will then commence from 1st of the following month. Any missed direct debit payments will incur a £5 charge. Payment terms cannot be extended past the agreed 8 months. If payments are missed they must be paid up within the agreed term.


EARLY BIRD APPLICATIONS


Payment may be made by card payment, bank transfer or cash in person.
The Early Bird pricing is available until Friday 7th July 2025.


MATCH NIGHT TERMS & CONDITIONS



WARNING: Ice hockey can be dangerous. Spectators are warned to keep an eye on the puck(s) at all times as the puck(s) may leave the ice and travel into public areas. Spectators should only access and leave their seats when play is stopped.


The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment (whether audio or visual) is prohibited. This includes tablets (e.g. iPads, Galaxy Tabs, etc.). Attendees are not permitted to record large portions of the game or live stream the event.


Basingstoke Bison reserves the right to conduct security searches and to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder if they refuse to be searched, or if in our reasonable opinion their admission could pose a safety risk, disrupt the event, or negatively affect the experience of other spectators (e.g. if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered in such cases.


No food, cans, bottles, or alcohol may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased inside the venue may be consumed, except in limited cases supported by medical documentation.


No illegal substances, legal highs, fireworks, lasers, weapons, or offensive items may be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.


Official merchandise is only available from branded Basingstoke Bison merchandise stands and authorised vendors.


By attending, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication without payment.


Animals are not permitted, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.


Please be aware that strobe lighting, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, foam, or lasers may be used during events. Sound levels may also be loud.
