SEASON TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026/27
Season Tickets are based on 29 home games. These games will be confirmed prior to the league start however they are subject to change. If any additional games occur Season Ticket Holders will be offered tickets at the reduced pro-rata price.
The purchase of a Season Ticket is a commitment to 29 home games and no refunds will be given. In applying for a Season Ticket you recognise and accept that the Basingstoke Bison have the right to offer promotions during the course of the season which may or may not alter the relative value of the Season Ticket, remove any section of seating from use at any time for any reason without penalty, reschedule Season Ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures, and move your requested Season Ticket seat(s) at any time.
The re-sale of this Season Ticket for commercial gain without express permission from the Basingstoke Bison will make the ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid. For all events (seated and standing) children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. If a request is made mid-season to move your seat the club reserves the right to refuse. Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club. In the event of a single seat between Season Ticket Holders the club reserves the right to move Season Tickets. Season Tickets are issued digitally as standard unless you opt to purchase a physical card at the point of application for £10. Any refunds will only be given after the 29-game agreement has either been fulfilled or cannot physically be completed.
AGE CATEGORIES
Adults – 16–59 years as of 31/08/2026.
Child – 15 years and under as of 31/08/2026.
Concession – 60 and over as of 31/08/2026.
Students – Over 16 in full-time education. If you are over 18 you must provide a letter from your college or university.
This must be supplied even if previously provided. First-year students have until 30/09/2026 to supply original proof in writing.
SPREAD THE COST TERMS & CONDITIONS
To qualify for the Spread the Cost option (6 months April–September or 9 months April–December 2026) the Direct Debit will commence from the 1st of the month. Any missed Direct Debit payments will incur a £5 charge. Payment terms cannot be extended beyond the agreed 6 or 9 months. Any missed payments must be settled within the agreed term.

MATCH NIGHT TERMS & CONDITIONS
WARNING: Ice hockey can be dangerous. Spectators are warned to keep an eye on the puck(s) at all times as the puck(s) may leave the ice and travel into public areas. Spectators should only access and leave their seats when play is stopped.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment (whether audio or visual) is prohibited. This includes tablets (e.g. iPads, Galaxy Tabs, etc.). Attendees are not permitted to record large portions of the game or live stream the event.
Basingstoke Bison reserves the right to conduct security searches and to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder if they refuse to be searched, or if in our reasonable opinion their admission could pose a safety risk, disrupt the event, or negatively affect the experience of other spectators (e.g. if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered in such cases.
No food, cans, bottles, or alcohol may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased inside the venue may be consumed, except in limited cases supported by medical documentation.
No illegal substances, legal highs, fireworks, lasers, weapons, or offensive items may be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.
Official merchandise is only available from branded Basingstoke Bison merchandise stands and authorised vendors.
By attending, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication without payment.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.
Please be aware that strobe lighting, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, foam, or lasers may be used during events. Sound levels may also be loud.
