Use our step by step guide below to help you renew your season ticket(s) for the 2026/2027 season via your digital season ticket account.

STEP 1
Visit iceaccount.co.uk/basingstoke-bison/profile and login with your existing digital season ticket credentials. You can also click the 'Renew Your Season Ticket' button in your season ticket renewal email. It is important you log in to the digital account that is associated with your season ticket(s).
STEP 2
Once you have logged into your digital season ticket account, you will see a button within your profile shown as 'Renew for Season 26/27'.
Please click the button and you will be redirected to the new Season Ticket Renewal page.
STEP 3
Read all the informaon listed on the following page and ensure that all season ticket holders within your group are listed and the ticket type, block and seat you are looking to renew is correct. If all the details are correct, you can now start the process selecting the season ticket(s) you want to renew by checking the Renew Season Ticket checkbox.
All season tickets you are eligible to renew will be listed within your group reference. If there are any season ticket holders missing from your list, please contact office@basingstokebison.com
STEP 4
Ensure the season ticket you are renewing has the 'Renew Season Ticket' option checked. Once checked, you will be required to confirm the personal details we currently hold for the selected season ticket holder are correct.
If you are satisfied that the information is correct, click the 'Confirm Personal Details' button.
STEP 5
Ensure your existing ticket type, block and seat are correct and click the 'Confirm Ticket Details' button to continue.
If the season ticket holder requires a different season ticket type for the 2026/2027 season, please choose their new ticket type from the dropdown.
If the season ticket holder(s) want to move seat(s) for the upcoming season, please toggle on the 'Request a Different Seat' option and select a New Block and New Seat you wish to move the season ticket holder to. You will only be able to move your season ticket(s) to seats that are currently available. Once the season ticket renewal window has closed, any season tickets currently reserved will be released and you will then have the opportunity again to move your seat(s) during a 'Season Ticket Move' window.
STEP 6
Please choose your Season Ticket Package. For the 2026/2027 season.
If you also require a printed season ticket card for the 2026/2027 season, please ensure the checkbox is checked.
STEP 7
Before choosing your preferred payment method, please make sure any other season ticket(s) that you are renewing today are selected and all the above details are checked and confirmed.
STEP 8
Select your preferred payment method for the season ticket(s) you have selected for renewal and confirm you agree to the season ticket terms & condions.
Please review the order summary, once you are satisfied, please select the 'Continue to Payment' button where you will be redirected to our payment provider GoCardless to input your details and review your order.
STEP 9
Once you have completed your renewal of your season ticket(s), you will be redirected to a season ticket success page and you will be sent a confirmation email of your season ticket renewal.
Before the 2026/2027 starts, you will receive a digital season ticket activation where you can access your season ticket(s) digitally and have the option to add them your Apple or Google Wallet.
LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
If a season ticket holder is not renewing their season ticket for the 2026/2027 season, you can release their seat by choosing the Release Seat option.
